Revenue Systems Product Owner

Role

As we scale a multi-product, multi-revenue model business and implement Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced, we are looking for a Revenue Systems Product Owner to join our RevOps team to build a scalable and acquisition-ready revenue infrastructure. This role will own the governance, optimization, and continuous evolution roadmap of our Quote-to-Cash ecosystem to ensure our commercial model is accurately translated into our CRM (SFDC) and properly connected to downstream systems. As part of this role, you will manage a junior Salesforce Business Analyst.

Profile

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or Consulting
  • Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and tools architecture
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce (especially CPQ or RCA concepts) and ERPs (NetSuite preferred)
  • Experience with environments with multi-Product and revenue types (including subscription and usage)
  • Analytical mindset with strong skills in data analysis and problem-solving
  • Ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, a passion for continuous improvement and driving value through technology

Responsibilities

Quote-to-Cash system design ownership

  • Own the end-to-end system architecture design across Salesforce RCA and connected systems: provisioning tools, capacity planning tool, usage metering tool, billing/ERPs
  • Map all system relationships, document data flows, dependencies
  • Identify system breaks, redundancies and risks and recommend actions to build a robust architecture, including new tools
  • Translate product and pricing changes into system requirements
  • Define how new offers should be modeled in Salesforce to secure reliable contract information and billing flows
  • Ensure renewals, amendments, and multi-product deals are system-ready

Cross-functional delivery

  • Act as the interface between Product, Finance, IT, GTM teams regarding Quote-to-Cash ecosystem developments
  • Write business requirements and solution briefs
  • Prioritise improvements during sprint planning and validate that delivered solutions match business intent
  • Support change management during tool rollouts, enhancements, and deprecations

Governance & Scalability

  • Ensure Salesforce remains the source of truth for customer data
  • Define system and process standards for product creation, pricing updates, revenue recognition alignment and act as the guardian of those processes so there is zero off-system product launches
  • Support a faster integration of businesses acquired through M&A
