We're Hiring: Senior Revenue Operations Manager

About the Company
We're working with a fast-growing life sciences technology company to find their first dedicated Senior RevOps Manager — and this one's a genuinely good seat for the right person.
They build lab management, automation and AI software for the life sciences world — the kind of tools that scientists actually rely on day to day. The numbers tell the story: 950+ customers, including 8 of the top 10 global pharma companies, and 45,000+ scientist users worldwide. A team of 200+ across the UK, US, Israel and Poland, with serious product depth (think ELN, LIMS, inventory management, 150+ device integrations, and AI-based informatics). Established enough to be stable, still moving fast enough that what you build will matter.
Why This Role Is Different
This isn't a seat on a ten-person RevOps team where you own a slice of the funnel. You'd be the owner of revenue operations — reporting directly to the Chief Financial & Operations Officer, partnering with the CMO and SVP Sales, and given real autonomy to build the revenue engine the way it should be built. If you've been waiting for a role where you set the strategy rather than inherit someone else's, this is that.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and roll out scalable lead-to-cash processes that tighten up funnel performance
- Own the GTM stack (Salesforce / HubSpot) and drive real AI and automation into the revenue engine, finding the practical use cases that make the GTM teams faster and sharper
- Build the single source of truth: clean data, trustworthy dashboards, honest forecasting
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership on CRM hygiene, forecast discipline and deal qualification (MEDDPICC)
- Keep an eye on churn, expansion and pricing alongside Customer Success and Finance to protect and grow net revenue retention
- Shape territories, comp plans and headcount models as the business scales
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations (or close to it), ideally in B2B SaaS
- Hands-on with Salesforce and HubSpot admin
- Has actually implemented AI or analytics tooling in a GTM setting — not just talked about it
- Comfortable with MEDDPICC or a similar methodology
- Strong on project management, genuinely good with data, and able to influence people across Sales, Marketing, CS and Finance without formal authority
